Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist looking to grow or relocate your private practice within a high-quality, high-traffic facility?

Plus Fitness, part of Viva Leisure (ASX: VVA), is seeking professional, motivated AEPs to operate their businesses within our up-to-date, fully equipped gym environments.

This is not an employment role. It’s an prospect to run your own Exercise Physiology practice within a thriving club, surrounded by members and supported by an experienced fitness leadership team.

This licence opportunity is designed for long-term business growth. As your client base and referral network expand, there is potential to scale beyond a solo practice — including the ability to engage additional practitioners under your business within your Home Club or other Viva Leisure locations (subject to agreement). For the right candidate,



this creates a pathway to establish and lead a small allied health team operating from a premium facility, while maintaining full ownership and control of your practice.

What You’ll Bring

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) – ESSA
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant insurance cover
- Working With Vulnerable People (or equivalent)
- Professional communication skills
- A proactive approach to building and managing your own client base
