Our surf club is on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our friendly, fast‑paced kitchen team.

As a Casual Chef, you’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking high‑quality meals across lunch and dinner services
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen
- Supporting menu preparation and specials
- Working as part of a fun, supportive team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests
- Ensuring consistent food quality during busy periods (especially weekends and events)

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a busy venue
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A passion for fresh, tasty food and great presentation
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings (penalty rates apply)
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
