About the Role
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Ensure high service standards and an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a clean, well-organised, and welcoming venue
- Oversee staff training, rosters, and daily organisation
- Coordinate equipment and venue maintenance
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (references required)
- Bubbly, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Strong leadership skills with a disciplined and organised approach
- Hands-on and service-driven
- Available to work weekends
