At Taste of Tuscany we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor. This is a hands on role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house
- Serve customers during busy service periods
- Train, motivate and support the team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Handle customer enquires professionally
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
We are Looking for Someone Who Has
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- A positive, energetic attitude
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
