This bar will be a destination in its own right, vibrant, sophisticated and full of energy. Located in Parramatta’s premier entertainment precinct, the bar will sit at the heart of one of the most anticipated hospitality openings in Western Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the program, the team and the atmosphere from the first service.
About the Role
You will take full ownership of the bar operation, delivering a high-quality beverage program and a dynamic service experience that reflects the bars identity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing bar team
- Creating and maintaining a compelling cocktail and beverage offering
- Managing stock, costs, ordering and bar operational standards
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality service during busy periods
- Working closely with the Venue Manager and restaurant leadership
- Setting the tone and energy of the bar space in line with the bars brand
About You
You are an experienced Bar Manager who has successfully run busy, high-standard bars and thrives in energetic environments.
You bring:
- Proven Bar Manager experience in a high-volume, high-expectation venue
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge with a creative yet professional approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate a bar team
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage costs and stock effectively
- Energy, presence and personality suited to a high-profile opening
