HAPI and NORMA are on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor with warmth, confidence, and a genuine love of hospitality. Someone who knows their way around a dining room, builds a team with care, and brings energy, knowledge, and intention to every service. You’ll help shape the rhythm of the room, working closely with our kitchen and management team, and be part of a culture that values learning, sharing, and honest, thoughtful hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and licensing requirements
- Control labour and operating costs while maintaining high service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
- Work across both restaurants and be exposed to modern Italian and Asian cuisine

About You

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager




- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Understanding of food safety and hospitality regulations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
