We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join our production and warehouse team. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, stock control, production support, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming stock and raw materials.
- Assist with manufacturing and assembly processes as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Label, package, and palletise finished products.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as directed by management.

Manager Notes:

I am after someone who wants to grow in an Australian business and, hopefully, spend a couple of years with us. The majority of our warehouse team has been with us for 5+ years, others have developed recent skills and gone on to great things. I am after someone who wants to learn different machinery, different processes of warehouse production, how to be an effective team member and potentially lead other people.



I'm also looking for a 2IC, perhaps you can learn and be promoted into a new role?
We are not some big company where the work is meaningless. You'll be supporting a medium-sized Aussie brand that has been around for 9 years and is on an upward trajectory.

If we bring you on for a trial, we'll start you at our soft bedding production: learn how our most popular product is made and how the different components come together. If things run smoothly, we can teach you gluing, the filling machine, different assembly processes, everything to upskill and develop you as an employee.

We are here 7-3:45 Monday to Thursday, 7-12 on Fridays. We are flexible with hours and can accomodate your schedule.
