Kobe Wagyu BBQ located in the center of Sydney CBD and is a modern Asian restaurant specialize in Wagyu beef BBQ. Kobe Wagyu BBQ only serve our clients the most sophisticated ingredients such as TOP graded Wagyu beef, the freshest seafood, special cocktails and homemade desserts.

In order to keep up with the demand for our excellent Wagyu beef BBQ, Kobe Wagyu BBQ is seeking an experienced Cook to join the team on a full time basis. To apply for this position, you need to have at least 1 year of previous Japanese cuisine experience, being able to work as a part of team, have skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.

Duties & responsibilities

- Prep food for service and ensure excellent quality is maintained.
- Assist in maintaining good communication and relationships in the kitchen.
- Assist with training and induction of junior kitchen staff.




- Adhere with all aspects of Work, Health and Safety and Operation Kitchen Procedures

Qualification & experiences

- Certificate III and IV in Commercial cookery
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cook
- Have the right to work in Australia

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 + Super per year
