The position of crew member is a level 1 employee under the Fast Food Industry Award 2020. We are looking for Full-time and Part-time employees available between 5am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Role Description
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness (QSC).
- Cook and prepare Gold Standard Quality food.
- Assist customers with placing their order in a friendly, fast and accurate manner.
- Prepare beverages and desserts.
- Interact with customers in the dining area while maintaining cleanliness standards, e.g., cleaning tables and floors.
- Uphold McDonald’s beliefs and adhere to our policies and procedures.
- Work in a protected and inclusive environment, showing genuine care and regard for myself, my team, and our customers.
- I contribute and strive towards achieving the goals and targets of the restaurant.
Pay: Up to $27.82 per hour
