Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment

- Monitor incoming orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Accurately pick, check and pack customer orders.
- Select appropriate packaging to protect products during transit.
- Generate and apply shipping labels and handling instructions.
- Sort parcels by shipping method and prepare for carrier collection.
- Process product returns in line with the Returns Policy.

2. Shipping & Freight

- Process shipments through carrier systems, including Australia Post, FedEx, Team Global Express, Aramex and Morgans Transport.
- Print and apply shipping labels and freight documentation.
- Complete carrier manifests and end-of-day dispatch checks.

3. Stock Control

- Monitor stock, packaging, labels and warehouse consumables.
- Order approved supplies as required.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Report low stock, discrepancies or damaged products.
- Maintain organised and clearly designated stock locations.

4. Production & Product Assembly

- Assist with filling, bottling, capping and assembling products, including oils, roll-ons, gels, clay products and Castor Oil Packs.




- Apply product labels and over-labels accurately.
- Check finished products for correct labelling, presentation and quality.
- Wrap and prepare products for stock as required.
- Complete relevant production or stock records.

5. WHS & Warehouse Maintenance

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse using a clean-as-you-go approach.
- Follow company WHS procedures and safe work practices.
- Report damaged stock, equipment faults, spills or safety hazards.
- Keep workstations, shelving, packing and dispatch areas clean and organised.
- Assist with recycling, pallets, cleaning and general warehouse housekeeping.

6. General Duties

- Assist with labelling, counting, packing and other warehouse tasks as required.
- Support team members during busy periods and stocktakes.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all duties.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
