We are seeking installers for our upcoming projects on the Gold Coast – local work!!

A Grade Aluminium, a trusted name in high-quality aluminium and glass solutions on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Glass and Aluminium Installer to join our professional team. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with a solid background in aluminium installations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install aluminium balustrades, glass balustrades, gates, fences, screens and other architectural systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver precise, high-quality installations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
- Liaise with clients and site supervisors to ensure job satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in aluminium and glass installation (minimum 2–3 years preferred).




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Current White Card and valid driver’s licence.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
