Element Shopfitting & Construction is looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects across Australia.
Key Duties:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project delivery
- Support senior PMs with budgets, variations, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors
- Help manage contracts, compliance, and documentation
- Attend site visits and progress meetings
- Support close-out and handover processes
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years' experience in construction project management or admin, ideally in fit-out or commercial construction
- Relevant qualification (Construction Management, Building, or similar)
preferred
- Knowledge of QBCC contracts or similar
- Confidence using project software like Buildxact Microsoft office , google sheets etc. (or willing to learn)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow into a senior PM role
