Synergie is seeking a Plant Operator Dump Truck for an industry-leading waste management company located in Kemps Creek.

The significant parts:

Shift: Day shift – Monday to Friday
Hours: 7 AM – 3:30pm to 6pm, working hours are dependent on daily workload (Min 8-Max 10hrs). Occasional Saturdays 6am – 2pm
Pay rate: $43.39 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available – long-term opportunity!

What you will be required to do:

- Operating 40 Tonne Dump truck.
- Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
- Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
- Report safety incidents and hazards immediately.
- Take ownership of works including the quality of sites haul roads & drainage.
- Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures.

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have a valid Driver License
- Have experience operating a dump truck in either the waste or civil industry - Desirable
- Qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment - Desirable
- Be committed to following all safety protocols




- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have access to reliable transport to get to site
