About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Senior Test Analyst with solid SAP SuccessFactors and HR domain expertise to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing testing across SuccessFactors modules, integrations, and end-to-end HR business processes while ensuring high-quality releases in a regulated enterprise environment.

This role requires someone who understands the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, can translate HR business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, and work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and effort estimates.
- Execute SIT, UAT, Regression, End-to-End, Exploratory, and QA testing.
- Validate HR business processes across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Test Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance functionality.
- Validate HR workflows, business rules, position management, organisational structures, and security permissions.
- Perform integration testing across SAP CPI, payroll, and downstream systems.
- Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business sign-off.
- Review vendor testing deliverables and ensure enterprise quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve regression testing through automation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in HRIS Testing, including SAP SuccessFactors.

- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience with API and integration testing.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Experience using JIRA, PractiTest, and defect management tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB Certification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, or Government.
- Experience leading testing activities across enterprise HR transformation programs.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
