Requirements:

- Updated Resume
- Current AHPRA registration.




- Up to date police check (within last 12 months).
- Covid-19 Vaccine, 2 doses
- Flu Vaccination within 12 months
- Australian working rights.
- NDIS Worker screening check
- Working with Children Check
