Element Shopfitting is a rapidly expanding construction company specialising in retail, hospitality, and workplace fitouts. Based in Burleigh Heads, we service projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas.

We’re currently seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated shopfitter to join our team. We offer flexible engagement options, whether you're looking for a full-time role or prefer to work on an ABN contract basis.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with real variety - no cookie-cutter builds here. From custom joinery to statement shopfronts, wall features, and detailed finishes, you’ll be working on unique projects that challenge your skills and reward quality workmanship.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- On-site shopfitting across commercial, hospitality, and retail projects
- Interpreting plans and completing bespoke builds to spec
- Working with a range of materials and finishes
- Occasionally assisting at our Burleigh Heads workshop when needed

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial fit-outs
- Trade qualification in shopfitting, carpentry, or cabinetmaking
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes




- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Own toolkit, valid driver’s licence, White Card, and reliable transport
- Comfortable with occasional travel
- WHS awareness and site safety focus

Bonus if you have:

- Experience supervising junior trades or apprentices
- Flexibility to travel for interstate projects on occasion
- Forklift, EWP or other relevant tickets
