Common Bakery Broadway in Nedlands, is looking for a pastry chef to join our growing team. Broadway Bakery is a retail shop baking fresh pastries Croissants , cookies , Scrolls and many more through the day , beautiful shopfront from where we sell our quality Pastries to our local customers.

We are looking for candidates with:

A demonstrated passion for creating quality products,
proven experience as a team player,
prior experience in hospitality environments.
excellent communication skills.
HACCP experience is desirable, with a high emphasis on food hygiene.

The applicant will need to be able to start work early each morning, be reliable and willing to learn new skills.
The applicant will be required to assist with all preparation of all products, including cutting, mixing,



decorating. General cleaning duties as well.

Reporting to our Head Pastry Chef , you will be required to work a flexible roster , early start.
