Mr Tod Café & Catering is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café All Rounder to join our busy East Melbourne team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in exceptional customer service, and can work confidently within a small team while also being capable of working autonomously.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
- Maintaining attractive and well-stocked food displays
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting with daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Supporting catering preparation when required

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Demonstrated coffee-making (barista) experience




- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current Food Handler Certificate
- Current RSA Certificate
- Reliable, well-presented and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
