Care Point Allied Health is a newly established, up-to-date allied health clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants across Western Sydney. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to work with children and adults across a variety of presentations while managing a versatile caseload that suits your availability.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA).
- Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and recommendations.
- Home Modification assessments (if experienced).
- Progress reports and NDIS documentation.
- Working collaboratively with participants, families and support teams.
- Providing clinic-based, community and telehealth services where appropriate.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (contractors).
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
