We are seeking a new Senior PM with strong leadership capability with experience running Agile/Sprint based delivery programs.

In this role you will:

- Lead complex technology projects from initiation to closure using Agile methodology
- Serve as the primary customer contact and trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while managing expectations and delivering exceptional outcomes
- Mentor and coach junior project managers, contributing to team development and the growth of our Project Management Office capabilities
- Drive adherence to established project management methodologies and governance processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and industry best practices
- Manage project risks, issues, and budgets while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and delivering regular stakeholder communications




- Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing your project management expertise to win current business and expand client relationships
- Collaborate across Data#3's business units to deliver integrated solutions and enhance our reputation as a trusted technology partner

About You

- 7+ years of senior/lead project management experience in IT environments, with proven success managing large, multi-resource infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in project management with formal PM qualifications (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and senior government officials
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and the ability to identify and create new business opportunities
