About the role

Join a well-established private wealth firm supporting a Senior Adviser and HNW client base. You’ll manage end-to-end client service delivery, coordinate advice implementation and maintain workflows across complex financial strategies in a polished, collaborative workplace.

- Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation
- Implement advice and manage ongoing client workflows
- Liaise with accountants and external stakeholders
- Coordinate insurance and investment administration
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in Xplan

Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience as a CSO in a financial advice business
- Xplan capability essential
- Experience with Wrap investment platforms
- Strong workflow and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, organised and detail-focused approach
- Exposure to HNW clients and complex advice will be advantageous
