Alluring Fruits (Work Location-14 Bennett Street, Thebarton SA 5031) is currently seeking a full time Production Operator to join our

team at our Thebarton facility. This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours a week.

Task & responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery and packing line equipment used in the processing and packaging of fresh fruit.

Adjust machine settings and packaging parameters to maintain correct product flow, packing quality, and output levels.

Inspect products during processing and packing to ensure they meet quality, size, presentation, and packaging standards.

Record production data, wastage, and quality checks, and complete relevant workplace documentation.

Carry out cleaning, hygiene, and basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment and work areas in safe working order.

Follow workplace procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, safe manual handling, and occupational health and safety.





Assist with product changeovers, line preparation, and end-of-shift shutdown procedures.

Support the production team to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely packing operations.

Qualification & experience

At least 1-2 years experience in a production or factory setting.

Ability to operate and monitor packing line machinery and equipment.

Basic machine setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail when checking fruit quality, weight, size, and packing accuracy.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and workplace instructions.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to record production information accurately.

Basic numeracy for weighing, counting, and packing to specification.
