HELF Co-Ordinator, NSW

We are looking for a compassionate and professional HELF Co-Ordinator to support the uptake and delivery of HELF services as part of our Support Office Team.

The HELF Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of HELF service uptake and ongoing subscriptions, including agreements, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate service registers. The role ensures annual and ad-hoc reviews are completed while delivering high-quality, empathetic, and timely customer service to prospective clients, in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to General Manager Client Services this role is based in NSW and this role requires travel to Aeralife homes to provide on-site support and guidance.

You will be responsible for

Managing resident enquiries and delivering high-quality customer service related to Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services.

Assessing resident needs, conducting compliant financial discussions, supporting agreement and purchase order preparation, and overseeing the sale, promotion, and uptake of HELF services.

Accurate maintenance and auditing of HELF registers, completion of annual and ad-hoc reviews, and effective management of subscription changes to support strong resident engagement and service uptake.

What you will bring to the role

• Excellent computer literacy and competency in CRM systems

• Prior experience in Aged Care admissions and sales

• Knowledge of aged care services and legislation

• Knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model (ANAAC)





• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and empathy

• Qualified verbal and written communication skills
