Labourforce have several clients based in the centrally around northern suburbs of Perth and we are currently seeking experienced Irrigation Maintenance Technicians to work as an Irrigation Fitter with the Parks Technical Team.

About the role:

- Work roster from Monday - Friday
- AM Shifts on offer (6am/7am starts)
- Pay rate from $45.00p/h (casual loading included) + OT penalties
- Immediate starts available!
- Routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of commercial irrigation systems
- Programming and adjustment of irrigation controllers
- Installation and modification of irrigation infrastructure
- Operation of small plant and equipment
- Liaison with internal teams and response to public enquiries
- Reporting on field activities and conditions

You will need:

- Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours are full time)
- Safety awareness certification
- Understanding of WHS practices, especially in parks and reserves
- Valid C class driver's license (Australian)




- Proven experience in commercial irrigation system maintenance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Competence in using information systems and basic technology
- Ideal to have experience in a council role but not essential
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have valuable written and verbal communication skills (literacy and numeracy skills)
- Be fit, healthy and able to perform heavy lifting when required
- Ability to work outdoors all year round
- High level of pride in work
- Ability to work well within a team environment
