Labourforce is currently seeking experienced HC and MC Truck Drivers to join a leading transport and logistics operation based in Hillcrest, QLD.

Shift Details

- Monday – Friday
- 5:00am – 5:30am starts
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Ongoing work available
- Immediate starts

Pay Rate

$40.00 – $42.00 per hour

HC Truck Driver – Refrigerated Transport

Key Responsibilities

- Operating HC vehicles for local deliveries and shuttle runs
- Transporting refrigerated freight throughout South East Queensland
- Reversing trailers onto loading docks
- Operating 18-Speed Road Ranger manual trucks
- Using pallet jacks to move freight where required
- Completing vehicle checks and transport documentation
- Maintaining compliance with NHVR and workplace safety procedures

MC Truck Driver – Container Transport

Key Responsibilities

- Operating MC vehicles throughout South East Queensland
- Wharf, depot and container park collections and deliveries
- Container transport operations
- Port-related transport activities
- Reversing trailers into docks, depots and customer sites




- Completing transport documentation and vehicle inspections
- Maintaining compliance with NHVR and company safety procedures

Essential Requirements

- Current HC or MC Truck Licence
- Minimum 12 months recent heavy vehicle driving experience
- Strong reversing and trailer handling skills
- Current Driver History Report
- Solid employment references
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol testing

HC Drivers – Highly Regarded

- 18-Speed Road Ranger manual experience (essential for HC role)
- Previous refrigerated transport experience
- Experience reversing onto loading docks
- Experience operating pallet jacks
- Multi-drop or shuttle run experience

MC Drivers – Highly Regarded

- MSIC Card
- Container transport experience
- Wharf collection and delivery experience
- Knowledge of container parks, depots and port operations
