Labourforce is currently seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a busy manufacturing and maintenance team based in Geebung, QLD.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with pumps, piping systems, and production equipment in an industrial environment. The position offers stable weekday hours and long-term ongoing work.

Shift Details
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
- Day shift role
- Overtime and call-outs may be required during breakdowns
- Ongoing position with consistent hours
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant and production equipment
- Assembly and disassembly of pumps, piping, and mechanical systems
- Preventative maintenance and fault finding
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
- Working closely with maintenance and production teams
What We’re Looking For
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Physically fit and capable of hands-on work
Desirable (but not essential):
- Forklift (LF) Licence
- Welding or fabrication experience
