Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution facility based in Geebung, QLD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and an immediate start. The initial assignment is expected to run for a minimum of 4 weeks, with the potential to be extended through to January 2027.

About the Role
Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through High Reach and Counterbalance forklift operation, order picking, stock movements, and general warehouse duties.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
- Stock replenishment and put-away duties
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current LF Forklift License
- Previous High Reach forklift experience
- Previous warehouse and distribution experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to the full assignment period
- Full Australian working rights
