Forklift Operators (Counterbalance) – Morning Shift | Rochedale

Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our client’s team in Rochedale on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable operators looking for secure work with an immediate start.

Role Details

- Shift: Day shift, 6:00am - 2:00pm

- Location: Rochedale

- Pay Rate: $37 per hour (+ overtime penalties & superannuation)

- First 42 hours paid at flat rate

- Overtime rates apply after 42 hours

- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Counterbalance forklift for:

- Order picking

- Stock rotation

- Staging finished orders

- Put-away of inbound stock

- General warehouse support as required

About You

- Current forklift licence (Counterbalance essential)

- Physically fit – ability to lift up to 20kg as required

- Willing to complete pre-employment medical process

- Reliable and punctual, with own transport to Rochedale

Pre-Employment Requirements

All successful applicants must complete a Pre-Employment Medical, conducted onsite by our Occupational Nurse during the interview process. This includes a Drug & Alcohol test.
