Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators & Pickers with Counterbalance experience for an immediate start in Rochedale.
This is a Monday–Friday day shift warehouse role suited to reliable operators who are confident with counterbalance forklift work, order picking and stock movement.

Shift & Pay
Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $37 per hour + super
- First 42 hours paid at flat rate
- Overtime penalties apply after 42 hours
Start Date: Immediate
Forklift Operator Duties
- Operating Counterbalance Forklift
- Order picking and staging customer orders
- Stock rotation and warehouse stock control
- Put-away of inbound stock
- Loading and moving pallets within the warehouse
- General warehouse support duties
Forklift Operator Requirements
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven Counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience working in a warehouse setting
- Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg when required)
