Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced HC Truck Driver for a temporary 3-week assignment based in Burleigh, QLD.
This role offers consistent hours, strong weekly earnings, and stable work with a structured roster. Drivers can expect local runs, straightforward deliveries, and a supportive transport team environment.
This temporary assignment will run from Monday 24th August through to Friday 11th September 2026, making it a great opportunity for drivers looking for immediate short-term work.
- Must be available Monday – Sunday
- Maximum of 5 shifts per week
- Consistent roster throughout the assignment
Pay Rates
Weekday Hours (Under 55 hours/week):
- $45.04 per hour
Weekday Hours (Over 55 hours/week):
- $55.40 per hour
Saturday & Sunday:
- $55.40 per hour
Afternoon Shift Allowance:
- $54.36 per week (paid once per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Operating HC vehicles for local deliveries
- Manual unloading at each stop using dollies
- Transporting freight safely and efficiently
- Completing local deliveries (typically one drop before returning to the depot for reload)
- Following site safety and transport procedures
- Maintaining delivery schedules and professionalism on-site
What We're Looking For
- Current HC Truck Licence
- Previous experience in local delivery or transport roles
- Comfortable performing manual unloading duties
- Positive understanding of transport safety and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts
- Available to commit to the full 3-week assignment
