Labourforce have an exciting chance for experienced Machine Operators to join our Plastics moulding team located in North Plympton in a champion role

Their general duties include –

- Extensive quality checks on each injection moulding machine they are rostered to
- Escalating potential issues to the moulding trouble shooter or team leader
- Sorting and conveying moulded components into storage totes
- Interacting with our automated material movement robots
- Strict adherence to all policies to ensure quality components only are conveyed to our warehouse

The applicant criteria –

- High attention to detail over the full work day
- Can sustain standing or walking over the full work day (not subject to break times)
- Thrives in a team environment
- Can work in medium to high pressure environment
- Is quality focused
- The ability to do reasonable amounts of overtime
