Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Rochedale, QLD.

We are recruiting for multiple forklift-based positions, all requiring a current LF Forklift Licence and previous forklift operating experience. These are hands-on roles offering stable weekday hours, competitive pay, and long-term opportunities.

Available Roles

Receiving Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving inbound stock deliveries
- Scanning and processing stock into warehouse systems
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock via forklift
- Manual handling duties as required
- Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation

Yard Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities

- Loading and unloading trucks
- Staging stock for outbound deliveries
- Moving stock throughout the yard using forklifts




- Assisting with stock movement and dispatch preparation
- Minor manual handling duties

Forklift Operator / Pick Packer

Key Responsibilities

- RF scanning and order picking
- Picking from paper-based order sheets
- Operating forklifts to move heavy stock throughout the warehouse
- Assisting with stock replenishment and warehouse movement
- Manual handling duties (approximately 70% manual / 30% forklift)

Essential Requirements

✔ Current Forklift (LF) Licence – Essential for all roles
✔ Previous forklift operating experience
✔ Experience within warehouse, yard, or distribution environments
✔ Ability to complete manual handling duties
✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
✔ Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse operations
