Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Technician with High Reach forklift experience to join a busy temperature-controlled cold storage warehouse based in Cannon Hill, QLD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented warehouse professional with strong inventory control experience who is comfortable working in freezer conditions (-23°C). About the Role

Working within a -23°C freezer warehouse, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple customer accounts while supporting warehouse operations through High Reach forklift duties.

This is a hands-on role combining inventory control, stock investigations, cycle counting, and warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience in inventory or stock control.

Full freezer PPE is provided by the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple customer accounts
- Conducting cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Investigating inventory discrepancies, damages,



and stock variances
- Processing inventory adjustments
- Locating and identifying products to ensure stock accuracy
- Operating High Reach forklifts and pallet runners
- Stock replenishment and put-away duties
- Assisting with warehouse inventory investigations
- Maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous High Reach forklift experience
- Previous inventory, stock control, or warehouse experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a -23°C freezer environment
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
- Ability to work occasional weekends for stocktakes
