Labourforce are seeking an EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS to work in Fremantle and Maddington
About the role:
- Must be able to work a roster from Monday - Friday
- AM Shifts on Offer (7.30am-15.36pm for Fremantle locations & 8.00am-4.00pm for Maddington Location. Both with a 30 min unpaid lunch break)
- Pay rate of $35p/h (casual loading included)
- Working for busy dispatch companies
- Immediate starts available! Temp to Perm opportunity!
Experience needed:
Administration experience in Australia essential!
- Data Entry & invoicing
- Use of warehouse management softwares
- Liasing with clients & other general admin duties
- Outbound delivery confirmation calls
- Proficiency with the use of Outlook, Excel and Word (other systems will be taught to you)
You will need:
- Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours are full time) ***WHV & student visas will not be shortlisted due to the limited working restrictions***
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be computer literate
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of pride in work
- Ability to work well within a team workplace
- Own car (locations are not accessible by public transport)
