Bringing together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both organisations, Omnia builds on more than 50 years of experience delivering health and wellbeing services within the not-for-profit sector.

We offer a broad range of services across the lifespan including general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from our sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach across surrounding communities.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grade 2 occupational therapist to join our growing Children’s Allied Health team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality paediatric services while supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to innovative service models.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and families across clinic, community and outreach settings, while playing a key role in service development and clinical leadership.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver assessment and intervention services to children and young people across a variety of settings, including clinic-based, community and outreach locations.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to junior occupational therapists and allied health staff.




- Supervise and support occupational therapy students on clinical placements.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement activities and innovative programs, including the implementation of the upcoming Thriving Kids model.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Facilitate and contribute to group-based programs and interventions.
- Build strong partnerships with families, educators, schools, early childhood services and community stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience working with children and families in paediatric settings.
- Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring or leadership support to developing clinicians.
- Strong communication,



collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to excellence in client-centred and family-centred practice.
- Experience supervising students or a willingness to undertake student supervision responsibilities.
- A current Victorian driver licence.
