About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Lead, coach and mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
- Drive family engagement and support occupancy growth initiatives
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures and National Regulations
- Assist in achieving financial, operational and quality objectives
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Support the centre in meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards
About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
- Passion for mentoring educators and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, solutions-focused leadership style
