About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Lead learning programs that inspire creativity, inquiry, and discovery
- Foster a nurturing and engaging Kindergarten environment
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned to the EYLF
- Support children's learning through play-based and intentional teaching practices
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Mentor and collaborate with educators to achieve positive outcomes
- Contribute to maintaining and exceeding the National Quality Standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)

✔ Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

✔ A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development

✔ Robust leadership, communication,



and relationship-building skills
