The Prospect
The Finance Analyst role delivers insights, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and executive decision-making. This role works closely with the commercial and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Consolidate and report monthly performance result and commentary
- Preparation of monthly board and leadership reports
- Support the Annual Budget and long range strategic plan preparation
- Coordinate the monthly forecast process




- Develop and maintain models to support planning and decision making
- Month End Journals
- Investigate variance vs forecast and budget, provide commentary
- SG&A; Monthly reporting
- Support Sustainability reporting

About You

- 3 - 5 years experience within a similar position
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing is preferable
- CA or CPA Qualified (or working towards)
- Someone who enjoys asking questions, challenging the status quo and adding value
