Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a fast-paced team delivering friendly and efficient service across the bistro, bar, and gaming areas.



You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring all service standards are consistently met.

- Provide friendly and effective service across the bistro, bar, and sports bar

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Ensure compliance with RSA requirements at all times

- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment

- Contribute to a positive team culture and guest experience

What we’re looking for

You are a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, social environment. You bring a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

To be successful, you will need:

- Previous experience in hospitality – bar, restaurant, or gaming preferred

- Current QLD or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) (Essential)

- Current QLD or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG) (Essential)

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude

- A valid driver’s licence (desirable)
