Hamilton Island is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Airport Bar team. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bar workplace.

Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will provide warm, professional service to our guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Airport Bar.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards across the outlet
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist with stock handling, bar setup, and cellar control as required
- Actively promote menu items through upselling and suggestive selling
What we’re looking for
- QLD or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (Essential)
- Ability to obtain an ASIC card (Essential)
- Previous barista experience is essential to ensure confidence in delivering high-quality coffee, efficient service
- Previous hospitality, retail, or quick-service experience (desirable)
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
