We're seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to support the roll-out of Oracle Fusion as part of a large digital transformation program. Working alongside an established Training Manager and Change team, you'll develop user-friendly learning resources from vendor-supplied materials and deliver engaging training that enables successful adoption across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trainer with experience delivering finance systems training in a complex organisation.

About the role

- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions for end users.
- Adapt vendor-supplied training materials into practical learning resources, user guides and quick reference guides.
- Support business readiness and user adoption activities.
- Work closely with project teams, SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure users are prepared for system changes.
- Assist with go-live preparation and post-implementation support.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training materials and delivery.

About you





- You'll have demonstrated experience delivering Finance systems Training for new implementations or upgrades.
- Experience delivering training across Oracle Fusion or other Finance ERP systems (ie - SAP Finance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Workday Financial Management)
- Understanding of finance or corporate services business processes.
- Experience supporting user adoption and business readiness activities.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience creating user guides, training manuals and learning materials.
- The ability to translate complex system processes into simple, user-friendly content.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within government or large enterprise organisations is highly regarded.
