About the Role

As the Business Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead high‑performing Employment Consultants across Epping, Baulkham Hills and Hornsby. Your purpose is clear: drive performance, support your people, and deliver life‑changing employment outcomes for job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

- Team leadership — inspire, coach and guide Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets

- Contract compliance — ensure adherence to Inclusive Employment Australia requirements

- Stakeholder engagement — build strong relationships with employers, community groups and local partners

- Performance oversight — monitor site performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

- Culture building — foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment

A successful Business Manager brings a strategic mindset, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships within the local labour market. You balance analytical thinking with a people‑focused approach, demonstrating resilience, sound judgement and advanced problem‑solving skills. Capabilities & Experience

- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable leadership skills

- Exposure to people leadership responsibilities

- Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Results‑driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

- Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments

- Proven performance management experience

- Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships

- Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for Employment Services
