THE ROLE

- Processing end-to-end payroll fortnightly




- Maintaining employee payroll records and payroll data accuracy
- Assisting with new starters, terminations, leave and payroll adjustments
- Responding to payroll enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Award interpretation and payroll compliance support
- Payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Assisting with payroll audits and month-end activities
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Working closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders

THE PERSON

- 1-3+ years payroll experience in a Payroll
- Experience processing payroll within retail, hospitality or other high-volume environments highly regarded
- Dayforce experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in payroll
- Positive attitude and team-first approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
