About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Wok Chef to join our team at Hawker Hall. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Must demonstrate at least 1 year Wok experience in an a la carte environment.
- Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded.
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.




- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
- Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.
- Full availability Friday, Saturdays and Sundays.
