Join ACCIONA as a Human Resources Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across our Engineering & Design business and broader operations. This is a true HR generalist opportunity for a driven and people-focused professional who thrives on variety, enjoys building trusted relationships, and is passionate about delivering practical HR solutions that support both employees and business outcomes.
Partnering with leaders at all levels, you will provide advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and organisational initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior HR team, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting a broad range of people matters while helping to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate organisational and specific resourcing needs.
- Support senior HR colleagues in the management and resolution of workplace relations matters, including formal and informal workplace grievances/disputes.
- Work under direction relating to enterprise agreement negotiations, basic to intermediate investigations and FWC cases.
- Provide considered and appropriate operational HR advice on a variety of workplace relations matters and HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee all activities related to the employee lifecycle, including HR inductions and onboarding programs, probationary period reviews and employee exits.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role within a medium to large organisation, with a demonstrated ability to deliver contemporary HR practices and solutions.
- Experience within the Engineering, Design, Infrastructure or Construction sectors will be highly regarded, though not essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with leaders and employees at all levels.
