Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a casual role at the Blue Care Kallangur Pilgrim Aged Care Facility. This position provides person‑centred care to residents while ensuring a safe environment within the facility.

Responsibilities

- Assess, plan, and implement client care within scope of practice.
- Consider physical, social, and psychological requirements of residents.
- Create and update care plans reflecting developing needs.
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence in managing time effectively and working autonomously.
- General nursing experience, post‑registration.
- Ability to satisfy relevant probity and compliance requirements aligned to legislation and policy.
- NDIS worker screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Benefits

- Remuneration: $45.29–$57.06 p/hr (or $55.70–$70.18 casual rate) + super.
