Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar Division

Location: Prestons/Liverpool

Full-Time | Base + Monthly bonus opportunity | Fast-Paced, Team Environment

Are you a driven recruiter who loves the buzz of placing great people into great jobs? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process across the industrial and logistics sectors – from sourcing reliable candidates to building long-term partnerships with clients. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and success comes from energy, initiative, and genuine relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and manage temporary, contract, and permanent blue-collar staff

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and production

- Build strong client relationships and provide responsive service

- Coordinate rosters, fill bookings, and manage daily workforce requirements

- Maintain compliance, documentation, and WHS standards

- Work closely with the operations team to deliver results under pressure

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment (agency preferred but not essential)

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick-moving environment

- High attention to detail and solid admin capability

- Reliable, energetic, and results-focused attitude

- A car and driver’s licence (you’ll occasionally visit client sites)
