They are specialised in delivering practical, reliable solutions for small to mid‑sized technology projects and are expanding their Brisbane team.

About the Role:
As an ICT Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, document requirements and support the delivery of effective technical solutions. This role is based in the company’s North side Brisbane office, conveniently located close to the city.

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to collect, analyse and document requirements from clients and stakeholders, ensuring business needs are clearly defined and aligned with project objectives.
- Facilitating workshops and interviews, leading elicitation sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews and guiding process discussions to gather accurate insights.
- The role requires proficiency in preparing documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories and process flow diagrams.
- The candidate must possess strong analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, optimization and continuous improvement.
- The candidate should have the ability to experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with project managers, developers, QA teams and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- The ability to conduct gap and impact analysis,



including feasibility studies and assessment of proposed solutions, is essential for this role.
- The candidate must be able to develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into clear, actionable documents for technical teams.
- Provide solution support during solution design, implementation, and change management to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
- The role requires competence in coordinating UAT, preparing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing to validate requirements and solutions.
- The candidate must be capable of tracking project progress, managing requirement changes and supporting milestone delivery to keep projects on schedule.
- Adept at reporting, preparing professional reports, presentations and documentation for stakeholders and management.
- The candidate must ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, standards and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Flexible in performing general duties aligned with the role as required, contributing to overall team success.
