Highly successful Australian construction company is seeking a specialist construction lawyer to join its results-driven team

Our client is a well-established Australian construction company with a strong reputation in the industry. Known for delivering on complex construction projects across various sectors, including building and infrastructure projects, the company offers a supportive and collaborative culture and a commitment to excellence in project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on a range of matters including: drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on contracts and other key documents; tender negotiations; compliance; identifying and advising on risk management; and dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate will offer 4 to 7 years’ specialist front end construction experience, strong communication skills, a strategic, outcomes focused approach to matters, an ability to think critically,



and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment are essential attributes for the role.
