What You’ll Do

- Work alongside the sector lead in the design and delivery of new-build data-centre and commercial projects

- Manage project programs, budgets, and client communications through all phases

- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes

- Oversee documentation and construction detailing to ensure design integrity

- Contribute to design reviews, project strategies, and sustainability initiatives

- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience leading complex, data-centre, industrial or health projects

- Strong technical capability and understanding of building systems integration

- Excellent client-facing, presentation,



and communication skills

- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines

- A passion for design innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence

- Architectural registration (or eligibility) preferred

- Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
